Linda Edna Cardellini (n e Lorraine (Hernan) is the daughter of Wayne David Cardellini (a successful businessman). Her parents are of Italian, German (from the paternal maternal grandmother), Irish and Scottish descendance. Linda lived in San Francisco Bay region, California as the youngest of her four brothers. When she was in her tenth grade she started to become interested in acting when performing in school plays. She also continued doing school plays and the community theatre. Linda attended Saint Francis High School Mountain View California. When she finished her studies she had to make a decision which one she would prefer to relocate to New York or Los Angeles and pursue a theater degree. She went to LA. Linda was cast first as a character on Bone Chillers (1996). Freaks and Geeks was the role that gave her a breakthrough. Lindsay Weir was her character in the Emmy-winning series.

Lily James is a stage name used for Lily Chloe Ninette Thomson, an English actress born on the 5th of April, 1989. She started her career as an actress in British actress in Just William (2010), which was a British series which aired on British television. In the following years, she starred in the role of Lady Rose MacClare in the period drama series Downton Abbey (2012-2015), her first big break came in her role as the lead in the film of fantasy Cinderella (2015). James went on to portray Countess Natasha Rostova in the television adaptation of War & Peace (2016) and also appeared in a variety of films. These included the action movie Baby Driver (2017), the period dramas Darkest Hour (2017), The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society (2018) as well as The Dig (2021), and musicals Mamma Mia! There We Go Again (2018) and Yesterday (2019). Her portrayal of Pamela Anderson for the biographical show Pam & Tommy in 2022 won her the Golden Globes and Primetime Emmy Awards.
