Actor and country-pop singer and song writer Jana Kramer rose to fame through television, where she was part of the team in One Tree Hill as Alex during its last three seasons. In episodes of the show the singer-songwriter was seen performing her first country album. The album bearing the same title was featured among the top 20 albums of the Billboard 200's Top 20. Thirty One, the follow-up album from album from 2015's Thirty One reached the Top Ten. It was the end of the decade with appearances on Dancing with the Stars, TV films and non-album singles. The self-doubting Voices saw release in 2021. Jana Rae Kramer is a Michigan native, who grew up on country music. Though she had a recording and acting career however, her screen debut took place in the independent horror movie Dead/Undead (2002) while still at high school. Following a couple of guest appearances on All My Children or CSI: NY, Kramer landed Noelle Davenport's role as a regular in NBC Friday Night Lights in the second season of 2007-2008. Kramer was cast as Portia Ranson in 90210 between 2008 and 2009 as well as Brooke Manning on Entourage 2009 before being cast on the CW's One Tree Hill as Alex Dupre in the year 2009, where she was on the show until the series' final season in 2012. Jana Kramer Kramer's run on One Tree Hill saw her get a recording contract from Elektra Records. In 2011 she released her modern country love song, I Won't Let Go. The track was later featured on her debut album in the middle of 2012. The song made it to into the Top Five on the Billboard Top Country Albums Chart. She continued acting in films like Heart of the Country 2013 or Country Crush 2016 which would attract her followers. In October 2015, Kramer dropped her debut album Thirty One with Warner Music Nashville. It received a boost from her Top Five country song I Got the Boy and also in a duet featuring Steven Tyler from Aerosmith. This album reached number 3 in the Billboard 200 country charts and top 10 on the Billboard 200. The two-month stint on Dancing with the Stars 23rd edition ended with her finishing fourth. The same year, she had a hit adult contemporary track with Straight No Chaser's Feels Like Christmas.
